— including both attorneys and qualified non-attorney

Information We Collect

- Answers you provide to the eligibility questions (work status, condition duration, application stage, state of residence, age confirmation).
- Contact information you provide, including your name, phone number, and email address.
- Consent and disclosure records, including the exact consent language displayed to you and the timestamp of your consent, kept as evidentiary proof of consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Technical and tracking information such as your IP address (via our hosting provider), user agent, referring URL, landing URL, and any campaign tracking parameters present in the URL (for example UTM parameters, click IDs, or affiliate/sub IDs) used to attribute how you found this site.
- Consent-verification data from third-party services such as TrustedForm and/or Jornaya (LeadiD), where those integrations are active, which independently timestamp and certify that consent was captured on this page.
We do not store your questionnaire or contact information in your
browser's local storage or session storage; it is transmitted at
submission and held in memory for the duration of your page session only.

- To evaluate whether your answers meet the general screening criteria for an advocate match.
- To share your information with independent, vetted advocates from our network (see Why an Advocate for how we vet them) who may contact you about representing your SSDI claim.
- To communicate with you about your submission, including by phone, text/SMS, or email, consistent with the consent you provide at submission.
- To measure and attribute the advertising that brought you to this site, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations, including obligations to advocates, aggregators, and regulators who require records of consent.
How We Share Your Information
We share the information you submit with independent, vetted advocates
in our network for the purpose of evaluating and potentially
representing your SSDI claim. We may also share information with:
- Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, consent verification, and analytics providers), under obligations to protect your information.
- Marketing partners and lead aggregators involved in routing your submission to an appropriate advocate, consistent with the consent language displayed to you at submission.
- Government authorities or other third parties when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Benefit Advocates Network, our users, or others.
We do not sell your personal information for unrelated third-party
