These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Benefit Advocates Network ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, including by submitting the eligibility questionnaire, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Benefit Advocates Network is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before the Social Security Administration. We are an independent matching service that connects consumers who may qualify for Social Security disability benefits with independent, vetted disability advocates in our network — including both attorneys and qualified non-attorney representatives authorized to practice before the SSA. No advocate-client or attorney-client relationship is formed between you and Benefit Advocates Network, or between you and any advocate, by submitting information through this site. Such a relationship, if any, is formed only if and when you separately engage an advocate directly.
This site presents a short eligibility questionnaire covering your work status, the duration of your condition, and where you are in the Social Security disability application or appeal process. If your answers indicate you may qualify for an advocate match, your information may be shared with an independent, vetted advocate from our network, who may contact you to discuss your case. There is no cost to submit the questionnaire and no obligation to proceed with any advocate who contacts you.
This site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By submitting the questionnaire, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting the questionnaire does not guarantee that you qualify for an advocate match, that any advocate will agree to take your case, or that any particular outcome, approval, or benefit amount will result if an advocate does agree to represent you. Statistics on this site regarding denial rates, approval rates, or processing times are historical, sourced information about the SSDI program generally and are not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome in your situation.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in response to the questionnaire. We and the advocates in our network rely on the accuracy of your answers to evaluate your potential eligibility.

This site may link to third-party websites, such as the SSA's own website cited as a source, or the websites of independent advocates in our network. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benefit Advocates Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site.
